Hi Javier Ochoa,

Press and hold the button for few seconds to make the mouse discoverable. In case the mouse is not discoverable; it could be a hardware failure with the mouse.

Hi Harish,

I press and hold the button but nothing happens. Hence, it may be a hardware failure.

Is it likely for a general hardware technician to fix the mouse?
