TrueMobile Win 98 Installation

Question

I hope I'm just stupid and missed something obvious, but... I have an Inspiron 5000, Win 98, latest BIOs (A6) and have just purchased the TrueMobile 1300 with assurances from Dell it will install with no problems.  I've followed the instructions on the CD for loading the drivers and utility, but can find no evidence of the utility - nothing on the Desktop, nothing on the Control Panel, nothing in the Start Menu or My Computer that is obvious.  The install instructions are all for XP or 2000, and there's no explanation for 98 users on how to match the SSID between the router and card. Has anyone gone through this experience?

Go to the Control Panel and see if the utility is hiding in there.

Thanks, I have, there's nothing there that resembles or is the TrueMobile utility.
