truemobile2300 routing problem.

Hi,

 

I've got one of my computers running my webserver iis.  But I cant seem to get the fowarding working. 

 

Heres what i done so far.

 

Windows XP control panel.. disabled automatically get IP and specified it

 

In the Dell Control Panel... i've set static IP  under Static IP to the dhcp IP of my computer with the server.

 

In the port foward setting.. ip in all the information.. and port 80 to 80..

 

if i type in the IP directly.. the server loads

but if i type in my ISP /external IP ... it loads the dell router utility login for me..

And im sure i've got the IP correct under routing... not .1  but .2
