Turn off Del network assistant

How do I stop the Del network assistant running every time I log in? I should realy only have to use it if there is a problem.

hi

You can either uninstall it through Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs and the Dell network assistant is full of bugs.

I you want to keep this buggy program, but prevent it from starting everytime you start the computer, go to Start > Run and type msconfig then hit the Enter key.  Click on the Startup tab and remove the checkmark in front of the Dell Network Assistant.   Reboot the computer and when you get the message warning you that you are running in Selective Startup, just put a check mark in the box to not show the message again.
