I probably post this same message at least 4 times a day (I'm pretty sure its six times today!!).  After reinstalling Windows, you must install the chipset drivers before even attempting to install drivers for any other devices.  Without the chipset drivers, Windows will not be able to properly recognize of install drivers from many other devices.   Did you install the chipset drivers as the first drivers installed after your reinstallation?  After installing the chipset drivers, did you install the drivers for your network adapter?

The chipset drivers are the drivers for the motherboard and tell the operating system which devices are attached to the motherboard, and how to install the proper drivers for those devices so that they can communicate with the motherboard.  That is why they are so important.  Without them, the motherboard doesn't know how to communicate with its attached devices and nothing will work.

You can try going into Device Manager, removing uninstalling any non-functioning devices, then installing the chipset drivers followed by the drivers for the other devices.   If that doesn't work, then the safest bet is to start over reinstalling Windows.
