I already had Power Point Viewer listed in my programs, but I did download it again from what you sent. I still get a message when I try and open a power point attachment from windows mail that tells me there is no program specified to open it. I am trying to follow the instructions that came with the download you sent, but it doesn't seem to work. Thanks anyway though.
That worked great. What I did was put a shortcut for Power Point Viewer on my desktop, then dragged the link into it and dropped it and then hit "Open" and sure enough, it opened. Thanks again for your help.

the best thing to do is to detach the link save it to your desktop or some other folder and run it from there.
Win mail does have some quirks with attachments....
