Uninstalling the network

Question

I am running windows XP sp2. How do I uninstall my entire network and start over? I'm running a Dim. 4400 to a belkin router, with an Inspiron 5100 laptop, and an axium 50x pocket pc. The wired part is working but I can't connect wirelessly. I've had no problems for 2 years. Now I can't connect with the laptop. No problem with the pocket PC.

Before you do this, search for a porgram named WinSockFix and try that first.
