The downloads site seem fine to me, can you provide the download link ? Also the model or the driver you are trying to download would be helpful.

The link I was using was dell.com.support. The problem I have is that I upgraded my router from a Netgear WNDR2000v3 to a Netgear WNDR3700v4 and my two Windows 8.1 computers work fine but my two Windows 7 computers cannot connect. So I figured I might need new drivers. My Vostro 13 has an Intel Pro/Wireless 5100 802.11 b/g/n and worked fine under the old router. It will not connect to the new router.

The latest driver is available from Intel:
