user's can't access the internet

Question

I am the administrator on my home PC. My kids are the users and when we click IE nothing happens.:smileysad: Do i need to reset the ip address or renew it? I appreciate any feedback asap...thanks.:smileyhappy:

my original message failed to mention I can log in to the internet under my administrator I D. But when i log off the kids log in under user's but they cant access IE, OR AOL, ANY IDEAS WHY?
