Do you have access limited by MAC address?  Can you ping google.com?  Can you ping 173.194.33.5?

Things you might try without knowing the above:

1) Network and Sharing Center, turn on Network Discovery.

2) Open a Command Prompt, type in:

ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
