Viewing Wireless Connections

I have a Inspsiron 1150 with a built in Dell Wireless WLAN 1350 WLAN Mini-PCI Card.  When I trouble shoot the card, system tells me everything is OK.  Yet, when I open the Network Connections window and click the "View Available Wireless Connections", the message I get is:

"No Wireless networks were found in range".  My friend has a dell and brought his laptop over and was able to connect to my Netgear wireless router without any problems.

Can you tell me why I cannot find my Netgear connection?

I also did a ipconfig/all and below is what was displayed.

Re-run the ipconfig /all command without the ethernet cable plugged into the router.  Post the results.  Is your router broadcasting its SSID?  If not, enable SSID broadcasting.  Do you have MAC address filtering enabled on the router?  If so, temporarily disable it.

That is the same output as you first posted.  I had asked you to run it without the ethernet cable plugged in!

Thanks for the quick response.  There is another Dell right next to me and is able to connect, so I do not know about the SSID or MAC.  Below is the IPconfig without the cable connected.
