You may install the latest chipset driver for SM Bus Controller. Please refer to the link: http://dell.to/ZVOerv. Click ‘Download File’ and follow the on screen instructions.
Please share the Device ID of the Network Controller. You may follow the instructions mentioned below to get the Device ID:
In ‘Device Manager’, right click ‘Network Controller’.
Click ‘Properties’.
Click ‘Details’.
Search for ‘Device Instance ID’.
Provide the numbers after VEN and DEV.
Keep me posted with the information. I will be glad to assist further.
Dell has not tested the system with Windows 7 x32 and the drivers for the same are not available. The ‘Hardware ID’ you have shared, refers to Intel Centrino Wireless-N 1030 card.
You may try to install wireless drivers for Windows 7 x32 directly from Intel website. Please refer to the link: http://dell.to/16saLfD.
You may try to install the chipset drivers for Windows 7 x32 for ‘SM Bus Controller’ from the manufacturer’s website.

i also have similar problem.After reinstalling Windows 7 proffesional, i found my Network Controller misssing.Hardware Id for it is PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_008A&SUBSyS_53258086&REV_34 PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_008A7SUBSYS_53258086 PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_8086A&CC_028000 PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_008A&CC_0280.
also, there's Unknown device shown inside Others device. Its hardware Id is USB\VID_138A&PID_001&REV_0078 USB\VID_138A&PID_0011. I couldn't find right driver for my laptop. My laptop model is Vostro 3450 core i5 32 bit OS.please help.

Ive just installed windows 7 pro and missing a couple of drivers.
I installed a few by myself but the rest seem to be the wrong ones.
Dell vostro 1550
Windows 7 pro 32bit
