Vostro 1700 Laptop - Bluetooth

Hi,

I have this Dell Vostro 1700 laptop. I remember that this is bluetooth enabled. Recently I was trying to pair my mobile (Nokia 5800) with this laptop and noticed that my laptop does not recognise any bluetooth devices. I tried downloading the bluetooth drivers from dell and re-installing them. That didn't help. Neither does the laptop's bluetooth indicator glow nor do I see the Bluetooth icon in the bottom right corner!

My Vostro 1700 has Vista on it.

Any ideas on how I should be fixing this...

(I have never used Bluetooth on this laptop earlier, but remember that the bluetooth indicator was glowing when I bought this)
