The Dimension 4100 is PCI 2.2-compliant, and does not have a Wake On LAN header, as the WoL flea power is carried over the PCI bus. You must have a PCI 2.2-compliant NIC to utilize the WoL feature of that card, as there will be no flea power to the card if it is only PCI 2.1-compliant.
