A 900 Mhz phone will not interfere with the 2.4 Ghz wireless signal of wireless networking devices. They obviously operate on completely different frequencies.
assuming you're on a 2.4ghz wireless networks, 2.4ghz phones can cause problems. Some of the 5ghz phones can also cause issues as they only use the higher frequency one way (and use 2.4 to go from handset to base).

Thanks, then I guess I'll keep it (was a gift).
I don't have a clue what Hz my new router is, but only use WAP for lappy in other room. Phone is in room with router and other Ethernet machines.
Notice some static, but that seems to be when walking in other rooms and outside; maybe it is just headset connector?
