Web browser won't display images whose type is "background" - could have something to do with CSS?
I have an Inspiron Mini 1010 netbook with XP. I use Firefox and IE 8 - both are up to date. Both browsers will not display images on websites whose image type is "background" - you discover this when looking at "Page Info -> Media"
Has any one encountered this and if so have a solution? I need to work on a website design and not being able to see the whole look makes it very difficult.

Solution found: It was an accessibility setting. The display had been checked to use "high contrast." Everything is so much more colorful now!
