Welcome to the community
I understand that all websites are working except T-mobile if all websites are working this website also should work .
Step 1- Resetting your internet explorer
Click Tools-->internet options-- Advanced at the Bottom Click on Reset .
Step 2:Try using another Browser if you have .
Step 3 :open www.google.com and search for T-Mobile and see if the website opens .
Step 4:if all the above step does not work please let us know the exact error we will get back to you
