Web page access
On my inspirion 1100 i can not access certain web pages such as yahoo email or hotmail email, it will allow you to get to the home page, but it wont allow u to veiw your email acct. My ISP is AOL could this be an issue with AOL or an issue with my PC.

Sounds to me your on a router , go into it and set mtu to 1400,
If your not on a router check you havent blocked it ,
