Website Access

I am trying to get some financial information from a private non-secure website.  I can get into the website and I can obtain current investment share prices.  When I try to get performance information, I get a signal that sounds like two drumbeats and I do not get access to the information.  Is this something in my security software?  I have a Dell Dimension 2300 with Windows XP.  I have internet service with ATT Yahoo! using Internet Explorer as my browser.  I have the ATT Yahoo protection suite and Zone Alarm firewall.
