What do I need to connect to internet

Hi
What do I need to be able to connect to the internet when i go camping. Do I need a card or something like that?? Please help...

what laptop do you have, did it come with an internal wireless card and will you be in a wifi hotspot?

Probably an EV-DO card from Verizon as you probably will not be near a WiFi hotspot. Wan cards work with cell towers and can give you speeds greater than DSL! I have one an dit is great:)
