Which Network Controller Driver??

Hi.

I have the yellow Question mark next to the Network Controller under device manager on my Latitude D500 running XP Pro.

I installed various drivers after a installing a new disk from the Dell site to get things working but I dont seem to be able to find the one one to fix this issue.

I assume that this missing driver is causing the PMCIA Wireless card not to work when I plug it in.

ANY Help welcome. This is driving me nuts!!

Regards, Scott.

Hi Art.

Thanks for the help.

I had installed 'most' of the drivers already so I completed the list you put down but still had the yellow Q mark next to the device.

BUT, I finally found the Belkin card cd and installed the drivers from that.

Hey Presto!!

Just in the interests of learning something...do you know why the card works fine in some laptops without installing the belkin driver and some it requires it?? It works fine in my Tosh juts using an XP install.

Anyroads..thanks and Have a Happy New Year!

My wife and kids will be happier now. :-)
