Hello,

It sounds like you aren't receiving an IP address from that wireless router you're attempting to connect to.  What brand and model of router is it, and have you updated the firmware on it lately?  It may simply need to be updated to handle the newer Windows 10 wireless protocols on the cards.

If that doesn't help, what wireless card are you using in the system?  I assume it's "seeing" the wireless network you're attempting to connect to, but have you tried it on a different wireless connection, such as a coffee shop, etc?

Please let us know about the router and whether you've updated the firmware and whether the system connects to other networks, and we'll see what else we can do to help you.
