Wi-Fi help...

Hey y'all

   Yesterday my laptops internet was working fine... then I left for a couple hours and it died. It says "Windows cannot find any networks." Also, every time I restart it... it says "Your Wi-Fi Catcher band confirguration is not compatible with you WLAN card band configuration.

Select YES to automatically change your Wi-Fi Catcher band configuration or No to keep your current band configuration. "

I've clicked yes twice and it has done nothing for me.

I am horrible with computers, so if anybody can help it's well appreciated and welcome.
