wifi adapter issues

Hi

      I have brought new Dell N4110 laptop. i have installed Win 7 professional 64 bit and all the drivers.

      but when i open intel wireless program it says no wireless adapter found.

      Please help me regarding this issue.

      please note in my os there is no service pack.

      is this issue due to service pack not installed ?
