Wifi disabled. Cannot search for routers. Need help.

Hi,

I have a Dell Inspiron 3521 and Windows 7. I have been trying to connect to the wifi router for hours now and the option to connect just doesnot show up. I'm tried downloading the wifi drivers and installing them but still the network connect on my device manager shows that no driver for the device has been installed. I can see the bluetooth option but am unable to even connect to the bluetooth.

Wanted to know if the device is faulty, or is there any alternative to try making it work, or are they in any way disabled through some settings because I thinking the computer is not sending or receiving BT or Wifi signals.

Need urgent help.
