On top of the link that ieee488 posted you may also want to take a look at these links to see if they help. Wireless networking, especially with a new version of Windows recently released, can be frustrating to troubleshoot but one thing I would recommend is to update the firmware on your router. You said you have restarted it but it may needs it's software (firmware) updated as well.
Try the suggestions on those two links and see if it helps. If they don't, let us know what you've tried from those articles and we'll see what else we can suggest to resolve the problem.
This has been an ongoing issue with me on my new Dell Inspiron 7352 running Windows 10 (loss of stable wifi) Dell tech support had me re-installing new network drivers just about weekly. (Problematic when you can't connect to the internet for those drivers!) Dell should not be selling laptops with Win 10 installed when the two are so incompatible. I have logged way too many hours with both Dell and MS tech support. MS and private tech support helped me 'rollback' to Win 7, but doesn't run well on this machine. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
I had to use another computer to find the latest Drivers from Dell which were released in December or September (can't remember which there were quite a few released in both). Pretty poor that the device won't work when you turn it on and you have to go through this sort of thing.
I think it took me longer to get it working than it took to get it delivered! I was very impress with the delivery.
