WiFi not connecting

I have a Dell Studio 1555 and every other computer laptop Tablet etc is working on WiFi in the house, but I am getting error that there are not wireless connections.

I have windows 7 and my network adapter is as:

Can you run Finding System Information REMOVE YOUR PRODUCT ID and REGISTERED OWNER and post the information back here.

 

What virus program and firewall are you using?

sir,

i have problem with connecting   wifi in  in dell latitude E5510, since 3 years i am using wifi .......i dont know what happened yesterday evening onwards wifi is not working  eventhough my ethernet cable works for internet ,then i reinstalled network adapter device driver software....no use ...infact i re-installed my OS then tried ......no change, sir i have read many forums similar issue like me.......i did all but still not working........ pls hep me sir

Hi thiru1991,

Check if the Wireless works in Safemode with networking. Restart the computer and tap F8 at Dell logo. Select Safemode with networking.

Check if Wireless is enabled in BIOS. Restart the computer and tap F2 at Dell logo. Check if the wireless is “Enabled”. Ensure WLAN and Bluetooth are checked under Wireless Switch and Wireless Device enabled.
