wifi not working

Question

Team,   Please note that I have taken a Dell Vostro 1015 laptop but I am not be able to activate Wifi and Bluetooth for my internet connection.   I have downloaded Wifi driver from Dell website but that is not working in in my laptop.   Error is comming this software not supported your laptop. my os is windows 7 32 bit.  Kindly advise which version shall I download or kindly forward me link to download the Wifi driver and bluetooth driver which support my laptop.   Your assistance will be appreciate if you reply faster on my mail.   Thanks & Regards

When you installed Windows 7 (32-bit or 64-bit) did you install
the desktop/notebook utility and the chipset drivers first? If not
the rest of the drivers will fail to install. How
to Download and Install Drivers in the Correct Order
If you cannot find Windows 7 drivers, then try using the Vista (or
XP) 32-bit drivers, for Windows 7 32-bit of the Vista (or XP) 64-bit
drivers for Windows 7 64-bit and install the drivers in the
Compatibility
mode

i've tried to install all of the drivers available at dell website but just after starting the installation a eroor message appears-NO COMPATIBLE HARDWARE FOUND.THE SOFTWARE YOU ARE ATTEMPTING TO INSTALL IS NOT SUPPORTED ON THIS SYSTEM

Many devices WILL NOT ENUMERATE properly without the CHIPSET drivers being installed FIRST.
