Wifi not working

Question

Hello,  So recently I wanted to reset my computer but when i did it didn't work. So i called dell support and they sent me a disk and a USB so i can install everything that way. So I did everything they said and it work. All my files got reset and i was happy, but the only thing i noticed is that the WiFi didn't work but only Ethernet did. So i basically ignored it until now because i want to set-up a VPN on my xbox. Does anyone know how i can connect to my Rout-our?
