WiFi problem with Inspiron 15 3521(solved)
Hi folks,
In 2012 I bought my Dell Inspiron and it had been presenting wifi problem until this week.
I have Windows 8.1 and the solution is simple. Uninstall the Dell network driver.
Keep using only the native Windows wifi. In my case, both drivers are incompatible.
The Bluetooth works as well.
Good look.
Regards

What is a natural Windows wifi? What are the steps in making these changes? Why is Dell not contacting owner's of Dell Inspiron 15 -3521 running Windows 8.1 and helping them fix Dell's known problems with network adapter 1703, wifi connection, and speed? Please don't ask for the service tag number as it was never on the computer and the steps in Dell support do not work in finding it. And yes I bought the laptop new from an authorized Dell retailer. I have 1 giga coming into my home and can only get 25-40 mbps down and up. The amount of time wasted trying to resolve this issue is ridiculous and unnecessary. Dell needs to do their job and resolve this issue..
