wifi problem
My vostro 5470 is purchased in last July.
I use the wifi connect to the internet usually. Sometimes the wifi doesnt work very well, that have the problem of limited access. this keeps me away from using the laptop
Today, I was using my laptop again. It suddenly couldnt connected to the wifi, as it said it cannot found any networks/ spots. but all my other devices can use the wifi.
I tried to restart it, and it didnt work. after half hour, I restarted it again. and It is working now.
I really dont know what is wrong. my laptop is not that old, I am really afraid it would happen again.
Please tell me how to fix it.

Hi,
Just to clarify, is your wireless acting like this on all networks? Or just your home network? And from what you say I take it that the wireless connection is now solid and you're not having problems?
One thing I would recommend is checking out our Networking and Wireless Support Center. There is a lot of information, including a few videos, on wireless issues on those pages. It might help you pin down what is happening with your wireless connection if the problem reoccurs. There are some troubleshooting steps you can take if it does come back.
Let me know how your wireless is currently working and if you need more help.

Hi,
It is working now. what happened before was, the wireless couldn't detect any networks, while all my others devices could still use the wifi network.

Glad to hear it's working now. Any idea what resolved the problem with it not detecting networks?
