wifi shutoff

Question

I am trying to find out how to turn my wireless connection on. Mylaptop is a dell and was working fine until I went on it this morning. My internet conection has a caution sign on it but every thing is working fine. I was told that my wireles connection was trun off. So how do I turn it back on?
