Window will not stay open

Question

I am attempting to print a coupon.  When I click the link, the page quickly appears and then disappears.  What do I need to change in order for the window to stay open?   Thanks

Care to tell us what web browser you are using (and precisely what version)? You get this information from the Help menu, by choosing, 'About' Bob Crabtree

Bob, I'm using IE 6.0.290 etc.  I have also turned off pop up blocker; security and firewall. Thanks Murray

My suggestion - and not solely because I think this will enable you to open the coupon - is that you download and install Mozilla Firefox 1.06 and set that as your default browser.

The other reason is that Mozilla is considerably more secure than IE.

Here's your starting point.

Thanks very much. I am now using Mozilla and not having any difficulty. It is so much better than IE.

Murray,   Relieved to hear it!   There are many great add-ons available for Firefox - my favouriteis Tabbrowser Extensions (I'm using V1.14) .   This lets you manage multiple tabs (ie multiple browser windows accessible from a series of tabs) so that, say, when you next start the PC, you can get back all the browser windows you used in your last session.
