windows 8.1 reinstalled wifi driver cannot install

My pc is inspiron 3542 I reinstalled windows 8.1,everything is fine, when i start installing the wifi (Network_Driver_57TF3_WN_6.30.223.245_A01) driver and error occured that activate bluetooth using wireless switch. i cannot found any wifi switch anywhere when i press fn+prtscr it only occur enabling and disabling airplane mode. i cannot connect to wifi network

Hi,

Have you tried turning on wireless via the Windows 8.1 method?

Use the following steps to enable or disable Bluetooth or Wireless:
  1. Press the Windows ( ) key + C, or swipe in from the right edge of the screen to open your Charms.
  2. Select the Settings charm, and then click Change PC settings.
  3. Select Wireless.
  4. You can now change the Wireless or Bluetooth settings to On or Off.

Next, have you checked to see whether wireless is turned on in the System Setup (BIOS)?  Try both of these methods and then, once wireless is turned on, whether you're able to install the driver.

Let us know what you find out.

nothing you told is working. I manually installed the driver now i can switch on wifi and bluetooth but the dell driver software still not install
