Windows mail and Wireless connection. Major help required.
Hi Can any body help me. I have recently installed a wireless router to my PC. I am running on windows vista home premium edition. I can access internet explorer with no problems but cannot send or receive emails. My broadband supplier is Tiscali. I have contacted them and they say its a problem with windows mail. I am getting an error message 623 the system could not find the phone book entry for this connection. Can anyone out there help me please.

would you mind putting the exact error message your getting...
and please make sure you have the correct settings provided by your ISP for windows mail... there are the one that can provide the correct and exact settings for windows mail since your are using there service, since you've mentioned that internet works fine it shouldn't be a problem... all you just have to assure with your ISP is that they provide the correct settings for windows mail so you can send/recv emails using that email client.... :smileyhappy:
