Windows not currently managing wireless connections

Hi, i just reinstalled my laptop, i had to download my drivers from the website, but now it says windows is not currently managing my wireless connections. I had to connect through the intel icon at the bottom. How do i make it so that windows manages the wireless connections instead? I have an xp operating system
