Try powering down your PC, router, and cable/DSL modem. Then turn them on in reverse order waiting for each to fully sync.

Hi Kevin213,

Check if the issue persists in Safemode with networking. Restart the computer and tap F8 at Dell logo. Select Safemode with networking.
