Wireless 1350 driver Adv settings

I have an Inspiron 8600 with a wireless 1350 card.  I am having issues with my wireless signal coverage in my home and I wanted to tweak the Adv drivers settings. I also like to try SSID channel 13 if possible.  Does anyone know where I can get an explanation if the different settings with recommendations?

Thanks for any help...

Can't help you with tweaking the drivers.

If you are un USA, you cannot legally use channel 13. US is 1-11 only.

I'd like to know the actual definitions of those advanced settings as well. Mine is the 1370 but should be close. Did you ever find a source?

I have a linksys WRT54G with third party firmware which is highly customizable.  I any not sure which setting I would like to tweak since I can't find anything on the Dell site to reference the different settings, so I could tell which settings might be helpful to change.  My only goal is a secure and reliable connect in my Kitchen which is one floor and twenty feet away from my AP.

I found this link, which should detail all of the advanced settings:
