Generally the WiFi and Bluetooth adapters are tied together via a hard or "soft" switch that turns them both on and off so it sounds like the switch may be the issue. Without knowing the exact model you have, I looked at a couple of the online manuals and it looks like there's a small wireless switch just above and to the left of the HDMI connector on the left side of the laptop.
Try toggling this switch to see if it enables your WiFi and BT adapters again.
It may also be a softswitch which would be a function key (F1 thru F12)(most likely F2), and that key usually has what appears to be a tower on it with wireless waves eminating away from the top of the tower. look for that
You could also go to your PC's "help" page and ask it how to turn on\off wireless\bluetooth :emotion-15:
Hi, I'm having the same problem, very suddenly, with my Insprion 1210 mini. In the Windows Mobility Center there is a box that says Wireless Network, Wireless Off with a button to "turn wireless on" that is greyed out and unavailable. I had a perfectly fine wireless network until a few days ago. I can find no documentation telling me how to turn the capability back on.
