"Wireless capability is turned off"
Hello,
I possess Dell Inspiron 7520 laptop and I am unable to switch my wireless on. I tried Fn+F2. It didnt work (It switches from Ethernet to WiFi but WiFi is still not working) and there is no hardware system or button to use. Last time WiFi worked there was an option on/off on the right-hand screen panel. Now there is not. I launched every diagnose I have and non could repaire this problem even though all of them detected problem with turned off wireless. (In addition, right click on taskbar WiFi icon doesnt help.) Please help.

Can you run Finding System Information REMOVE YOUR PRODUCT ID and REGISTERED OWNER and post the information back here.
What virus program and firewall are you using?
