Which wireless network adapter do you have?  Have you tried the latest Dell released or the Intel generic driver?  If it is a hardware issue, you may have to get it replaced.

I was wondering if dell have a wireless card adapter as a Bigpond broadband card will not fit into my notebook and I would like to use this service.
