when you reinsalled Widows, did you get all the of drivers loaded?  the full list, in the order they should be installed, is:

• Intel Flash Cache Logic Chip (Intel Turbo Memory)

• MDC driver (modem)
  
• Dell Touch Pad Driver
• Bluetooth® driver and stack

I believe I installed all the drivers. How can I check without re-installing. I know that at the time of re-installation there was an issue with my wireless and Dell had me dowload the following application: Dell_multi-device_A17_R174291. After that my wireless worked and still does but I started to get the error message.
