Open the Network and Sharing Center and set up your network connection to the router by following the directions. You can also temporarily connect to the router via an Ethernet cable and follow the Netgear instructions for adding a new computer. You will have to refresh the network by unplugging and resetting everything. Netgear should have help on their web site.
