There is a Help file on your computer which you could use to answer simple quesitons like this.

Basically, restart the computer and then start tapping the F8 key.  You should get a menu with several choices, one of which is Safe Mode with Network Support.  Note that Safe Mode does not load any of your startup programs, and does not load high resolution graphics, so your screen will have very large icons.   If your network works in Safe Mode, it tells you that something loading from startup in Normal Mode is messing things up (probably Norton), and will give you a clue as to where to look for the problem.

So once I do that then what??  Its wonderful to be in safe mode but........then what....?????   Im trying to understand you all, but talk like I am a retard....  I sell software and its because me, your software even exists.... Because you know as well as I do that Mac is that much better tell me what to do....  But you know what, not funny at all, from my point of view or any others that I talk to, I am about to switch to Mac...  So I restarted in safe mode, so what???   What am I to do then?  Just as you want to know what Operating system I have, I want to know what to do next....... I cant be the only one..... Listen, I sell over a Million dollars of software a year that uses your system.....   So please don't screw with me......

Once you are in Safe Mode with Network Support you are going to see if the wireless connection works!!  The point here is that if it works in Safe Mode, it gives us a clue as to where the problem might be.  So, does the wireless connection workin Safe Mode or not?  That's all I'm asking.

To help troubleshoot this problem, go to Start > Run and type cmd then click OK. In the command prompt window that opens, type ipconfig /all then hit the enter key. Write down the output from this command or select it and save it to a txt file, then copy this output into a reply to this message.  Do this with Windows running in Normal mode.
