Hello,

I connected XP pro to the router and want *wireless* connectivity for Internet access from other laptop. My router has got only one port which is connected to XP.  It doesnt have any other ports/wi-fi.

It sounds like you have an Acess Point connected to the modem and not a router.  What make and model router do you have?

You should fin the "How To" in the link below but be advised the laptops will have to be very close together in order to share that connection.  At this point you should really think about ditching that router and getting an 802.11b router for about $20.
