wireless connection working but no internet access

I have an Inspiron 6000 and a wireless connection through a netgear 54 mbps WGR614 v6 router. I am running Windows XP mediacenter. Up until three or four days ago, my internet connection worked just fine. At that time, I started having trouble with my AVG 7.5 free edition... I resolved the problem by resetting my date/time clock and uninstalling/reinstalling AVG. I do not know if that caused the problem or not but ever after, my wireless connection WILL connect, even my LimeWire will connect to the internet, but I am unable to access any internet data. LimeWire will not search, and no browser (IE, or FireFox) will access any pages. I ran ipconfig/all, as I read I should do that in another post. This is the information it gave me:

Windows Ip COnfiguration host name.......: D2DXJK91
primary dns suffix: node type.........:
hybrid IP Routing Enabled...:no
WINS Proxy Enabled....:no

Ethernet adapter Wireless Network COnnection

connection-specific DNS Suffix..:
description.....................:intel pro/wireless 2200BG network connection physical address................: (do you really need this? I'll post it if yes but I am wary)
DHCP enabled....................:yes
autoconfiguration enabled.......:yes
IP Address......................: (necessary?)
subnet mask.....................: 255.255.255.0
default gateway.................:192.168.1.1
DHCP server.....................:192.168.1.1
dns servers.....................:192.168.1.1
lease obtained..................:thursday, june 28 2007
lease expires...................:friday, june 29, 2007

I have no idea how I messed this thing up and I have no clue how to fix it. AVG did not find a virus, although I am suspecting there may be one anyway.... someone please help me! I am very frustrated and willing to try anything that doesn't cost me money (because I'm broke.)

Thank you!

Have you power cycled the modem and router since changing things? If not then do.
Pull the power on the modem and router. Wait 4 minutes or so. Power the modem. After it powers fully then power the router. When it powers fully then try to connect wireless. If the ip address cannot be found then hit start and select run then type in cmd and hit enter. Type in ipconfig /release and enter. Then type in ipconfig /renew and then enter. The ip address should renew. If if does try wireless again.
PS: If you have digital phone service you will need to remove the battery from the modem also when you remove power from the router and modem. Then put the battery back after the 4 minutes before powering up.
