wireless connection

My wireless connection will not work with the wireless card it tells me that my wireless switch needs to be turned on.  Where is it located and how do I turn it on.

On some systems Function + F2 will enable/disable the device. Don't know about your system.

Go to the Network connections window (Start|Network Connections).
Right click the wireless connection. From the pop up box, choose Enable.

Some systems actually have an external switch. Look carefully at your system. There may be a switch hiding somewhere.

Depending on your bios version there could be a setting that can turn your wireless card on and off, F2 at bios load up, feel free to have a look around but if you don't Know what the setting does just leave it, It should be rather simple to find then just save and exit then it should go, thats what happend to mine any way.

hope this helps:robotvery-happy:
