Wireless disconnects when switching between accounts.

My wireless used to work fine. Now suddenly when i switch accounts, it disconnects. in the other account when trying to connect, the wireless software says that multiple users are logged on, other users will have to log off in order to connect. I still can connect in my account. but cannot in the others. why is this happening? i figured it might be the settings.. please tell me how to configure it.
