wireless dropping twc cable modem

Question

Hi All I have a dell inspiron 9200 and have begun having a wireless dropping problem. I have a cable modem and have spent countless hours on the phone with both the cable company (twc) and dell and no one can fix it. I do not have any 2.4 gHZ phones (unles some else in my complex has one). Thanks in advance for any help epinastic1

Which make and model wireless network card do you have in the 9200?  Which make and model wireless router do you have?  Have you upgraded the drivers the latest available for the wireless network card?  Have you upgraded the firmware on your wireless router?     Steve
