Wireless Internet Problem

Question

Dell Latitude D610...   I'm trying to access a Wi-Fi network, but my wireless card appears to be turned-off and I can't figure out how to turn it on so it will identify the wi-fi network.  Fn+F2 does not work.  Can someone please help!  I am pulling my hair out here.

Try resetting the BIOS \ Loading BIOS defaults. Check if the radio is disabled in the driver (Device Manager - Right click on the Wireless Card - Properties - Advanced - Radio) Check using the card utility. (Start - All Programs)
